Drinking medicineDrink the detoxification medicine, to purge the toxins from your body. Made from over 100 different herbs, it is a gift from the plant world and from the monks to you. Drink it and feel it gather to it all the poisons you have carried with you.

 

 

 

 

Vomit up your pastVomit up your past. Release the beliefs that have kept you addicted to your drug of choice. Remove all poison from your body. Cleanse yourself of all those thoughts that no longer serve you.

Recieve support from those around you Know that you are always supported. By your colleagues going through the process, by the monks, your buddy, and your friends and family back home – all these people are cheering you on and wanting you to be the best you can be.

 

Having a steam bathCare for yourself with healing steam baths and wholesome food. Know that this is not about punishing yourself, but rather about giving yourself what you need to heal.

 

 

 

 

After 5 days, you will know victoryAfter 5 days of purging, You will know victory. You will feel again, emotions you thought were gone, rising to the surface.

You will smile.

You will sleep.

And this is only the beginning.

Having purged your body, you now have to recreate your life. The life that you want to live – a life that is drug-free. It is possible. You just have to keep making choices. Step by step, you will become your true self.
